I booked this place for my friend Thomas Smith, a first responder attending his daughter’s college graduation, but he couldn’t stay the night because there were cockroaches everywhere. The front office and maintenance sprayed chemicals that actually made it worse. He checked out early that morning, and I was promised a refund that I still haven’t received. I expect that room to be reimbursed. Ugh. A clean room without bugs.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, there was no microwave, even though it was advertised, and no coffee pot. I tried asking questions multiple times and for two weeks no one answered the phone or replied to my emails.

Nothing positive. The bedbugs in my room were severe, and I also saw roaches. They seem to care about money and nothing else. This place should be shut down.
