We ate breakfast at the top restaurant, which was delicious and fresh; our balcony overlooked the beach, and beach access was easy and safe. The highlight was the restaurant where we dined several times, especially the set menu Vitenames tasting meal, and the staff provided five‑star service.

The hotel sits in a prime spot for the beach with many bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the staff are amazing, very friendly, and always eager to help. The hairdryer isn’t very powerful, and service at the rooftop bar can be a little slow, but we managed by ordering two drinks.

A wonderful hotel with everything you need in an excellent location, and all excursions were easy to reach by Grab. We stayed in the family suite with sea view – simply dreamy. From the friendly welcome at check‑in to the final day, the service was perfect, the breakfast superb, and the dinner on the 25th floor highly recommended. I’ve never experienced such service and friendliness from every staff member, and I’d gladly return, hopefully very soon.
