At check‑in, Hailey was the best person I met; she handled her duties flawlessly and made a genuine effort to connect with everyone.

There was nothing good to say. The customer service was poor, the facilities felt old‑fashioned, and the breakfast was terrible.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, so I slept soundly. I couldn't find anything that bothered me.

The room was kept in a horrible state, it wasn't clean, it smelled bad, and the door wouldn’t lock properly.

Breakfast was very comprehensive for my needs, and the hotel’s location was excellent, letting me move around easily and without trouble. The bathroom door in my room fought to close.
