The room was spacious with a comfortable desk, though there was no lamp on the table; the bed was comfortable and the lighting in the room was adequate. The bathroom was clean. Parking was convenient, though not exclusive. The air conditioning was noisy, so I had to turn it off.

The room was spotless and the bar staff were very courteous and professional—kudos to them. My wife and I felt at ease throughout our stay, and I would recommend this place to friends and acquaintances. Have a great day and thanks to everyone on staff. There was nothing negative; this section is unnecessary. I work as an external thermohydraulic contractor for the best hotels in Ragusa province and know what clean rooms mean.

“Comodità alle porte di Augusta”

The property is impeccable, with modern, functional furnishings and roomy rooms that include a comfortable terrace. Cleaning was excellent. The rooms were well air‑conditioned and sound‑proofed from the street. We did not use the paid private parking because we always found space in the courtyard overlooking the bar/hotel. The croissants at the bar were huge and good! A minor organizational hiccup occurred upon arrival: we had arranged an early check‑in, but the room was not ready, so we had to rearrange our plans. Also, after the first shower/night we left our towels hanging in the bathroom to reuse the next day, but they were taken and replaced with a single set, even though there were two guests. I imagine some fine‑tuning will help, but overall it’s on the right track!

Christian was very helpful and friendly. We dined at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and both meals were great; the staff there were also friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
