+It’s a privately run inn in an ideal spot in Fischerbach with a nice view of the Kinzig and the neighboring town of Haslach in the valley. +The 'Engel' feels authentic in every way: it has a beautiful, half‑traditional, half‑modern Baden atmosphere, great friendly service, and especially tasty food, good wines, and homemade schnapps – all genuine and wonderfully relaxed for guests who want peace and recovery. +The kitchen delivers top quality, partly from local producers, so the dishes are down‑to‑earth without any frills. +I think it’s a place for independent travelers who appreciate the charm of solid work, because keeping such idyllic oases, which are longing spots for many people, requires people like the host! +A big thank you to Patrick Hermann! 🥨🍒🌲🥂💚
