“Awful and manager not on site - refuses refund”

The staff were friendly and breakfast was decent, but we arrived in the middle of the night and the room was nothing like the photos—filled with huge cockroaches in both the bathroom and the room. We understand that the area is in Southeast Asia and somewhat remote, yet for a room that cost more than we had paid for, we expected a cleaner, more relaxing environment, and this was the opposite. We left our bags and clothes on the sofa to keep the floor cockroaches away, only to find more on the sofa 🫣. The walls were peeling and moldy, the curtains were stained and moldy. We told the staff about this and asked to leave early, requesting a refund for one or two nights of our four-night stay, but they refused. Instead they moved us to a supposedly “better” room, which turned out to be tiny and cramped, noisy all night, and infested with ants. The only redeeming feature was a mosquito net around the bed, though I’m not sure it helped at all. We would have been more understanding if the rooms had resembled the photos, but it all felt like a scam. We left two days early because we could not stay there any longer.

“Not Comfortable”

The location was in the city center. You can walk to the market. However, the hotel is up the hill so it could be a challenge for those who has trouble going up. Location: It's near the city center, but it's a bit far from the main road and guests must be aware that it's a long walk from the busy street and the small road going up to the hotel is so steep and elevated. Customer service: They sent me a message that I'm checking out on Aug 31, but I clearly didn't tell them that and I even paid fully until Sept. 1. I was surprised to receive that message and I've been contacting them and they deliberately cancelled my calls. I send numerois message and contacted them on Zalo. After a few messages, they just said they confirm it, without even apologizing. They reasoned that automatically sends messages a day before the guests check out. But the message was saying "as you check-out today." and asked me to give them a positive review. It gave me anxiety while I was supposed to enjoy my moment relaxing in a cafe far away from the hotel. Then, they sent me the same message, only this time they edit it to ".as you check out tomorrow." and an apology. Wifi: Their wifi was too weak and could not comnect to our room. We've been using our phone data instead. If you have online jobs or need to use the Internet for important matters, avoid this hotel. Breakfast: Their breakfast is from 7am to 10am, but the staff are too slow to move that by 7am, the food were not prepared. There wasn't an available hot water for guests to make coffee with while waiting for breakfast to be served. The guests were waiting outside. So, if you have an early appointment and need to eat an early breakfast, don't book this hotel. Room: The room was large and located just infront of the pool area. However, you can hear people shouting from outside. The room has this musty and dusty smell that I requested to get upgraded, but sadly they were fullybooked. The pillows and bed sheets were terrible and smelled with dried sweat

The location is good, but the room was full of dead insects everywhere, the pool was dirty, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was worse than other hotels.

The room was good and the location was convenient, but there was no air conditioning as advertised, though it wasn’t needed because it was pleasant.
