Nothing to complain about. Everything from check‑in to check‑out during our stay. Mike was on the spot. Just give him a shout if you need anything, literally anything. The surprise snack basket was unexpected and had so much in it. There are plenty of things in the kitchen including groceries. There was nothing to complain about. The property should have 10/10; 9.8 isn’t fair.

Clean and tidy, the welcome pack with food and drinks was great, and getting directions to the property was easy. The Wi‑Fi was a bit slow, but that’s out of the owner’s control.

I liked the decking and the plants. I didn't like that it wasn't next to the river,as shown when you hit the Google map in the advert. You couldn't see the river and after complaining I was told you can see it(you couldn't) It a few feet away from the main road which was horrendous from 6 am till late late evening. Your lying in the bed wondering if the big lorries are going to come through the hedge. I read all the reviews and I just don't get it, it's not what we expected. There's old out of date food in the cupboard and empty jars of air freshener with sticks everywhere. There was 3 chipped plates and very old frying pans no longer non stick the spatula was all melted at the end. The bathroom is full of people's left over shampoo and other stuff. You would never never have spent £780 for such a horrid experience

The location was great for our trip, the place was very clean and comfortable, and the extras were brilliantly thought out. The host had considered all eventualities and provided for those everyday ‘forgotten’ items, and more! Well done! We struggled connecting to the accommodation’s Wi‑Fi, but it really wasn’t that important for our trip. Sometimes it’s good to be away from it! We did, however, manage to connect to the site Wi‑Fi, which was adequate for our needs.
