I was severely bitten by bed bugs at this hotel, leaving large, painful blisters on my arms and some wounds leaking clear fluid. It was a distressing experience, and I urge the hotel to investigate and act immediately so other guests aren’t affected.

They advertised a paper and sapphire room with seven doors, yet I ended up on the sixth floor without a left side, and they upgraded me to a £90 room that didn’t justify the extra £30. Everything felt like a scam.
