The place was spotless, the staff were friendly, and it was close to the city center, so I’d recommend it to everyone.

“There is no responsibility”

They ignored my call from 2:30 pm to 3:10 pm, so I had to deal with problems outside Kolhapur railway station, and they finally called me at 5:00 pm, but I still didn’t get a room; they show no responsibility, the location is useless and there’s no proper address.

The location, the concept and the welcome were great; I travelled at night and was able to drop my luggage before check‑in, and when I left at night I could leave my bags and even spend the afternoon preparing for the rest of my trip, though there was no wifi, but I managed.
