Great central location. Parking is a bit difficult and paid. Public transport nearby. Shops, bars, and supermarkets close by. The apartment has multiple rooms in an old, neglected building. The room has basic furnishings and the bathroom outside the room is quite dated. Little attention to details and particulars. Sheets are clean but also dated.

The room is modest but very clean, comfortable, and has a very quiet air conditioner! In addition, on the second night I enjoyed a nice concert from the window. The owner is very kind and the bed is very comfortable. I expected at least a small sample of shampoo or shower gel.

I had already stayed at this B&B in December and was fine, then I came back a few months later for a wedding, specifically in May, and I must say it’s great for short stays, located literally on Corso Italia, so from there you can easily reach nearby places because right below you find a bus stop. I’m not from the region so I can’t give more details, but in terms of hospitality, services, and comfort I recommend it!
