The studio feels like a two‑bedroom with a separate kitchenette and two walk‑in wardrobes, incredibly spacious and well equipped; the outdoor area is also large, with beautiful figs and almost total privacy. The quad‑room with a corner garden is convenient too. Luca and everyone else are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is great, both sweet and at the Kennedy Bar, where the staff are good and friendly.

The property offers all comforts 500 m from the sea in a quiet area. The room is comfortable with an outdoor space. Private parking is available. Luca is kind and courteous. Nothing to add.

We stayed here for a week and were very happy. The rooms have all the comforts and a lovely little garden area. Cleanliness is impeccable, punctual, and always attentive to every detail. The location is superb: Torre Lapillo beach is a must‑visit! A special thanks to Luca, the manager, for his wonderful hospitality and helpful advice on how to enjoy our stay.
