This hotel is literally on the slopes, which is super convenient, but also means you can hear the sound of skiers whizzing by all day. The views are breathtaking, it feels like you're right up against the mountains. The staff were absolutely amazing, they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. We even got to meet the owners, who are just as lovely as the rest of the team.

The hotel's location was a major plus, but unfortunately, the pool was a bit of a letdown. The water was quite chilly, and I couldn't even manage to stay in for two minutes to unwind. On the other hand, the hotel itself and my room were beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the place was also top-notch, which made up for the pool's shortcomings.

“Great location and service”

The hotel's location near the slopes is unbeatable, but it's a shame there aren't any restaurants nearby. We had to drive a bit to get to downtown, which was a bit of a hassle.

“Preferisco sorvolare”

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the mixed bag that was my stay at this hotel. On the plus side, the room was spacious and well-organized, and the location was right on the slopes, which was a major plus. However, the lack of services and staff was a major letdown - I'm talking no spa, no decent restaurant, and a bar that felt like an afterthought.

We had high hopes for this 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to the hype. The location was perfect, right near the ski lifts and all the kid-friendly services, and the exterior of the hotel was beautiful. The food at the buffet was also great, both for dinner and breakfast. However, the room was lovely but freezing cold when we first arrived, and it took a while for the heating to kick in.
