The reception was very bad, the room I chose was dirty, and the air‑conditioning was weak. When we asked the front desk to change rooms, they refused and said “this is your booking, we didn’t cancel it; book through me.”

The view from the sixth floor is nice and the location is close to the sea. The air‑conditioning and bedding were uncomfortable.

Location was great, close to a lot of downtown Aqaba. Great view from the rooftop. Linens were clean, and the A/C worked well. Rooftop rooms were windowless cubbies with dirty carpets. Had to request towels. Tea pot had no lid, which ended up being fine I guess. No hot water after 5’ running. I had to leave early and they were unable to prepare a breakfast box for me
