The place and the physical setup were fine, but the service was poor with only two unprepared staff members, so I gave up waiting for dinner.

Breakfast was fantastic, varied and excellent. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. I had an issue with the shower, but it was fixed right after I mentioned it at reception.

The hotel is well‑situated in the Batel neighborhood, close to the Curitiba shopping center. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was very good and varied, and the staff were friendly and courteous.
