Unfortunately nothing was good! The accommodation was dirty, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.

I arrived at the hotel with my printed reservation, around 7:30 p.m. on the agreed day, exhausted and needing rest before my commitments in Higüey the next day… Surprise! The hotel had been closed for months and no one had ever notified me. Just imagine the unnecessary hassle anyone would have endured; a simple notification would have sufficed.
