The reception staff were gentle, but the hotel’s check‑out policy was unacceptable: we were only allowed to stay 12 hours and had to leave by 09:00 AM the next day, a restriction that isn’t advertised and feels more like a short‑term rental than a hotel.

The staff were very helpful and kind, the hotel was spotless and the rooms were spacious, and Azhar was so courteous that he let us check out a bit later.
