The apartment was nice and big, the water pressure from the shower was excellent, it has a great swimming pool, the owner and the staff were very kind and helpful. They did your laundry for a small fee, so yes a good place to stay. The only thing I did not like was the amount of dogs in the lane; it was quite intimidating especially when they would bark and come towards you, especially if you were walking, if you had a car or scooter, it would be ok.

I stayed 5 nights in this accommodation. I was more than satisfied with everything. The location on the outskirts guarantees a quiet stay. Still, you can reach the city center in ten minutes by tuk tuk. The suite’s facilities were practical, very modern and clean. The pool right in front of the suite, also very clean, provides a cool down in the midday heat. Sopheap as the owner is a fine host. Thank you for everything. Long story short… there was nothing to complain about.

Nothing never stayed. I turned up to the property that was practically a building site so I was told the owner don was away in Canada and he could not be contacted because of the time difference .I told his khmer partner that I would not be staying due to the loud noise of one of the buildings being torn down .This should not be allowed to take bookings as it is not fit for purpose this was last month around mid march 2026

Didn’t stay because it was under construction.shouldn’t be allowed to have guests in that state disgraceful. It resembled a construction site I never stayed

The apartment is super pleasant, spacious, clean, bed very comfortable. The location is quiet, 20 minutes walk to the center. Friendly owner.
