The service, comfort and punctuality. In certain areas there were cockroaches.

The location, you can see the crabs at night. The Wi‑Fi network does not reach the rooms.

The platform photos look good. The room and staff treatment disappointed me. I was assigned room 19, which did not match the photos on the platform, the appliances were noticeably deteriorated, and the balcony was quite dirty. I asked if I could change rooms for an even higher cost I was willing to pay. At first the lady said yes, but then another young woman told me to cancel if I wanted it, claiming there were no more rooms. She said I would get my money back if I cancelled, but that never happened because they took advantage of the booking conditions. They turned around and left me there. So my husband, my son and I had to find another accommodation.

It had a private sea view, and with fewer people you enjoy it a lot. They were slow to give me my room. I didn’t understand how the rooms were arranged since the hotel is quite large, so they told me my room was still not vacant.
