The facility is nice, with a good location and amenities like a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop. However, the rooms are absurdly small and lack basic features you’d expect in a decent hotel—no water, no coffee, no fridge, no microwave, and no privacy. The toilet sits in a tiny closet. It might be acceptable for a solo stay, but overall the amenities are sorely lacking.

The spot was great for walking to the farmers market, restaurants, and bars, but the room felt way too tight for what I paid.

The hotel looked stunning and comfy, with plenty of open areas downstairs for work or relaxing; we hosted an event, reserved a block of rooms, and they were incredibly accommodating. The location is ideal for strolling around downtown Bentonville. The staff were very friendly, though keep in mind there’s no on‑site parking—only valet for an extra fee or public lots, and the valet service itself was decent.
