The room was very dirty; it looked clean from a distance but was very dirty up close and we saw a few roaches. The room needs to be remodeled and cleaned.

“Disgraceful - the worst I’ve seen in a long time !”

It was near our concert at the Ole Miss. Upon arrival we were told our room was being cleaned. We were running late for our concert. Eventually we got to our room. Live and dead bugs! We tried to find the receptionist but she was not available. I overheard another guest say the receptionist had gone for a dip in the pool. I understand this is the budget end of the hotel chain, but there has to be a minimum standard—this was a step up from a park bench!

“It was less expensive than most but needed some clean up.”

The beds were super comfy, and the staff was friendly, plus the location is great. But the floors stayed wet from humidity, the bathroom was very dirty, the floors were dirty, the outside stairs smelled like urine and needed cleaning, and the outside trash cans were smelly, dirty, and overflowing.

The staff and lobby were good, but the room was nasty, dirty, and had mold.
