Sea‑front rooms are well maintained with stunning views. The staff are friendly but never intrusive. The surrounding nature—sea, palms, little washing bears, and iguanas—makes the stay authentic. The beauty of reaching the center with a magnificent walk along the beach in about ten minutes barefoot (and on the way back encountering bioluminescence!) is recommended. The downside isn’t the property’s fault. Between the bungalows and the beach the sandy road is traversed by golf carts, which can be heard until a certain hour. I knew this and honestly slept. If the local owners could, given feasibility, I’d ask that after a certain hour only electric vehicles or bikes use it (there’s also a back road). I don’t understand why many tourists prefer the golf cart over a nice beach walk.

Great hotel with direct beach access, staff are very courteous and helpful with activities and transportation. I would improve the beach area; I’ve seen better hotels in Holbox.

A fantastic property right on a dream beach. Our bungalow seemed freshly renovated and tastefully decorated, with very comfortable beds and everything spotless. Breakfast was generous and tasty, and we'd come back anytime. The only downside was that there was no door separating the room from the bathroom.

They didn't have any allergen labels or anything gluten free be default at the breakfast buffer but I talked to a staff member and she offered me 2 different meals and made some hotcakes. They were lovely
