The villa sits in a very calm, peaceful spot and is split into several rooms, some with front views, others with distant sea views. Both the rooms and the villa itself are modern, cleaned daily, and have on‑site parking. Breakfast includes a menu with cooked items every day, served on the al‑fresco terrace. It’s a family‑run business with father Agostino (gardener and handyman), Angelo (reception and server), and his sister, all very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area. The only downside is that the property is on the outskirts and you need a car to reach nearby Tropea.

The view, the room, breakfast, friendly staff, and the location is out of the bustle and at a great distance from the beautiful edges, but there is no proper coffee machine in the room, which really should be there.
