Everything was perfect, especially the staff’s kindness; the only real flaw is the hotel’s location along a noisy departmental road used by trucks and motorcycles.

A beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff and ample parking right outside; the outdoor pool is small but nicely laid out with comfortable loungers, while the indoor pool and sauna are superb, clean, and also have loungers. The room came with a bathrobe and towels for the pool, a separate toilet which we found very convenient, a bowl of fresh plums, and a bottle of house water. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. The breakfast was truly sublime! No improvements needed; the only downside is the hotel’s remote location, so you’ll need a car to reach the center of Gérardmer if you don’t want to dine at the hotel.
