The room was good, but the hot tub could have been cleaner and the price higher.

The breakfast and coffee were delicious, yet the pool was out of service.

When staying at Holiday Inn Express, surprises are rare: rooms stay clean, staff remain friendly and helpful, and breakfast stays good, but after just one night I wanted to stay longer to relax.

The rooms were clean, the facilities were solid, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good, but the pool was closed for renovation—a detail that wasn't mentioned on the website when I booked.
