The staff were incredibly nice and amazing, the view is wow, and the place is very far from noise and traffic. They charge you for heaters, and the location is far and tricky to reach by car, especially the last part.

We absolutely loved staying in this little slice of paradise! We’re from Australia, and it was me and my mum. We chose this spot to escape the hustle, the constant honking, and Indian traffic; it was a great decision. From the moment we arrived, we felt the serenity and silence of the mountains. The mountain view is breathtaking and a definite highlight. It’s so quiet at night—you truly feel at peace. The lodge is just a short 5‑minute drive from ‘The Lift’, which takes you to Mall Road, The Ridge, and all the main attractions. The staff arrange your taxi for you, and it’s very simple. They are amazing, going above and beyond to support you. They’re super responsive on WhatsApp—whenever we needed anything, they helped, even arranging tickets for the toy train to get us back to Delhi. They reply within a minute and are incredibly accommodating. There’s a nearby restaurant; they give you the menu, and you can order from a large selection, with delivery straight to your room in about 20 minutes. We loved the Premium View—such great value for money. We would love to return! The staff and hospitality are some of the best support we’ve had. Just note that some of the premium mountain‑view rooms are quite close to the reception, so after 8/9 am you can hear a little noise (phone ringing, etc.)—bring earbuds if you want to sleep. The bonus of being so close to reception is that help is right at your fingertips.

The staff and owner were really good, respectful, and helpful. At that price, at least one meal per day should be included.
