Ze wszystkich miejsc w Czechach w których spałem w ciągu ostatnich 18 lat to oceniam najwyżej. Nie ma cudów ale lokalizacja na lato jest bardzo dobra, bardzo czysto. Super że jest dostępna kuchnia. W pokoju 3 słuchawka prysznicowa i element na który wiesza się ją na ścianie wymagałby wymiany. Expres do kawy przy kuchni też już się raczej wysłużył. Mała inwestycja w zestaw gier planszowych też mogłaby umilić wieczory

The stay was successful, though it felt very cramped for four people, and the breakfast was very good. The issue with handing over the registration card is unclear as to who it should be given to.

“It was good value for money for a family stay close to ski lifts”

It’s close to the ski lifts yet in a quiet spot, and a car parking space was included. The room was clean and well organized for a family of four, with a bunk bed in a small sub‑room, and breakfast was part of the stay. There was no facility to make tea or coffee, which would have been nice after a full day of skiing. The room was quite basic and the mattresses a bit hard. Finding the entrance to the car park was a bit tricky.

“Leider sehr sehr enttäuscht gewesen, kommen wir sicher nicht nochmal!”

The breakfast was decent, and the kitchen staff were relatively helpful. I don’t know where to start: the parking lot was completely snowed over and never cleared, we had to drive in a spin, and several falls occurred. The room for four people was mini; the beds were very small, with cushions 30×15 cm. The room for the other two people was so small that you could only turn around. The shower was also too small, making it very hard for my husband, who is 2 m tall. In the bathroom there was no shelf to step out of the shower, creating another slip hazard. The TV and everything was labeled in Czech, which was very tourist‑unfriendly. The evenings, especially later ones, were very noisy because other families’ children ran and screamed loudly through the hallways. Breakfast ran from 8–9:30; we arrived just after 8 am, all tables were already occupied, so we had to wait at least half an hour.

Breakfasts were fairly good, the staff were friendly, and the bathroom was clean. The room was supposed to be 40 m² but was only 20 m²; I tried to contact the owner, who said it wasn’t her problem but to report it to booking. The pillows and duvets were dirty and old under the bedding. The white towels looked nice, apparently clean, but their smell was disgusting. Overall, the room and décor were 1990s. I hadn’t read reviews about this pension because I stayed there six years ago in a different room and was very satisfied then. Parking requires skill under extreme conditions, with cars parked one behind the other along a narrow one‑way street, and exit only from the rear. Overall, the price is completely inadequate for the conditions.
