Everything was within reach.

The place is gorgeous and packed with activities that keep you entertained. The only downside is that they’re a bit picky about waves and opening times for the cove, and they don’t clearly indicate where swimming is allowed, which can be frustrating. I swam far out, like Magnum on Magnum Pi, so most people probably won’t notice this issue.

The location is solid and the beach is fantastic. However, many of the facilities were shut, and loud construction noise was everywhere—none of which was mentioned before arrival. An unexpected $77.00 tax per night was added at checkout, again without prior notice. The shuttle buses look old and worn out, and the staff seemed annoyed by guests, acting as if we were a nuisance. Snack prices in the hotel shop are outrageous, and the overall look of the hotel feels tired in several areas.

The hotel added a $70 per day fee for Wi‑Fi and towels without informing guests, and it didn’t explain that an additional $250 was required to actually use them. The lack of transparency is unacceptable.
