There was a heater and the parking entrance was right in front of the property, but the blanket was thin, it was very cold and we could have rented a sleeping bag for an extra fee. We had to kill more than five kitchen cockroaches in the room. The metal frame of the bunk bed creaked so loudly with every movement that sleeping was impossible, so we had to throw the mattresses from the bunk onto the floor to sleep, yet the floor radiated an unpleasant chill. There was no coffee or tea, but there was a kettle in the room and the staff spoke very poorly English. The breakfast was disappointing: served in plastic cutlery and plates, only fried rice and sausages were offered, and the portions were very small. No coffee was provided for breakfast as they claimed. The check‑out felt odd; no one helped us carry our luggage across the entire property, even though we were watched by four staff members. Instead, we were stopped at the exit by an employee holding a phone, who told the manager how great our stay was and asked us to give a good review.
