“Poco confiables”
The only positive was the proximity to the places I needed to visit. The rooms were not presentable, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the bathrooms were mediocre.

They cancelled my reservation at 5 pm when I was arriving, even though I had booked it four days earlier; I had to scramble for another place after receiving the cancellation by email.

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly, but they were limited by their resources. I want to highlight the staff’s willingness and kindness. I didn’t like many things: first, we were supposedly supposed to be at Suipacha 537, but they put us at Tucumán 912, where there was no receptionist and no floor mop for any mishap. I requested two rooms for five people. In room 711 the shower was broken—the shower head was just a loose hose that couldn’t connect. The curtains were about a year old and hadn’t been washed. We were given only large towels (not towels), of unknown age. The door only locked with a key; if you closed it it would stay open unless you put the key in. When using the bidet the bathroom floor filled with water and there was nothing to dry it. They never asked if we wanted the room cleaned. Breakfast was very basic: two small slices of sandwich bread per guest and only two napkins beneath them. We also had to go to the hotel on Suipacha street for breakfast, and sometimes we arrived to find a group of students who, even after eating, still occupied the tables. In both rooms the latest‑generation TVs (which were new when I was a child and now I’m over 60) barely turned on, and we had to do it by hand (no remote); we also had no control over the air‑conditioning. We never knew if it was working or not (fortunately the first two days were warm, but the last day was cold and we experienced that).

The location was great, but the staff were lacking and the bathroom ran out of toilet paper.
