Everything! Cleanliness, facilities, location; and if you get everything, the staff are always very attentive and friendly.

The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. However, the gym needs work – both treadmills were out of order, and this was the second time I’d stayed here without them being fixed – and the buffet breakfast prices were far too high.
