The staff were very friendly, the place was spotless, and the food and drinks were excellent. Nothing to complain about.

Everything about this place was great; the staff were outstanding and I especially appreciated how they always made sure we had water—those little touches matter. The only downside was the gym, which felt a bit cramped and lacked many weights.

The room had a heated pool and the pools were nice. However, service at the bar and restaurant was extremely slow, the breakfast was disappointing, and it was far from central Oia.

The only thing that stood out was the cleaning. Everything else felt very far away; there were frequent water and power cuts and the hotel didn’t seem prepared for them. It feels like the hotel is exploiting guests financially. It’s frustrating that we were treated like money bags. The taxi that goes through the hotel costs between 50‑100 euros, whereas outside taxis are 40‑46 euros. It’s a five‑star hotel, yet I had to continue my shower with bottles because they weren’t ready for water cuts. It’s not worth the price at all. The meals were not varied. The pool was very cold.
