I paid a deposit for the room, yet they claimed the room was fully booked, so I felt the place was unprofessional and unreliable.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the location is close to the center of Tam Đảo. The amenities were sparse, but I brought my own shampoo, so it wasn’t a problem.

The owners were very friendly, there was always a restaurant, and they arranged transportation to meals, which was super convenient; I’ll definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Tam Đảo.
