Located in the centre of Ay, within walking distance of several champagne estates. There’s an indoor pool, a good and varied breakfast, and a pleasant, friendly atmosphere from check‑in to check‑out. I’ll definitely come back.

A beautiful hotel with good parking and a lovely room that had everything you could need. They sent a list of restaurants ahead of time, which was very helpful. The only downside was that Ay was quite dull, and without a restaurant reservation it was hard to find a place to dine.

The historic building was stunning, with classic rooms that were impeccably clean, set in a gorgeous village in the Champagne region. Parking was covered and private, which added to the convenience.

Excellent value for money, especially with the generous breakfast buffet. The courtyard was gorgeous, offering views of the castle, and a bottle of champagne made the experience even better. The car is parked in a hotel garage next to classic cars.
