The room was quiet and pleasant, located above a good Chinese restaurant, yet it lacked air conditioning.

The place is well‑located and the room was clean, but without a fan the advertised air conditioning never appeared, the fridge was broken so our coolbox items spoiled, and it felt hotter than a tent in summer; I raised the issue the next morning but the receptionist didn’t understand, and no compensation was offered, so I’m giving this low rating.
