I stayed here for the third time and found a simple but clean room with a generous breakfast buffet; however, there was no outlet next to the second bed, the bathroom mirror light was broken and couldn't be fixed, and the shower was noisy because the pump was loud when turned on.

The area is very nice, full of cafés, restaurants and a minimarket, just steps from the Bayswater Queensway metro and bus stops, 5 minutes from Paddington station—great for Heathrow arrivals—and Portobello Road is within 20 minutes on foot, so the location gets full marks; the property needs careful consideration, especially for single rooms, as the single rooms are not actual rooms but punishments—single‑room bathrooms are not renovated, and the photos on Booking do not match reality; the bathrooms are tiny monoblock units with a shower tray, toilet and a tiny basin in just over a meter; seeing this mess would have deterred me from booking; the lack of comfort ruined the stay, especially since I booked two singles and one double with separate beds; the double had no issues, but the single assigned to me was in a basement, accessed by a folding door between a warehouse and a service door that slammed continuously from 6 am; the other single was on the ground floor but was the same standard; there were no mirrors except the one in the mentioned bathroom, old carpet, and soft flooring in some spots; the bed cover was not very clean, giving a strong sense of disgust due to the absence of an upper sheet; there was no air conditioning; the TV glass was scratched but replaced after reporting; hair dryers and kettle were present but useless without cups; this is not a complaint but a factual service report of the single room assigned to me, to warn future guests about what to expect.

“Great location, small room”

The location is great in a very accessible area, with two tube stations just a short walk away, but the room is tiny and the bathroom feels cramped like a cabin.

Posizione centralissima , nelle vicinanze numerosissimi negozi e ristoranti e metro.La camera molto pulita , personale gentilissimo .Ero sprovvisto di adattatore per ricaricare telefono e orologio , mi e' stato fornito immediatamente dal personale . Direi di modificare almeno una presa , adeguandola al sistema Europeo
