The room was spacious and had a lovely dining area, making it very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent and very convenient. Dust was clearly visible on the rack; cleaning and housekeeping should be improved to keep the area clean and presentable. The breakfast selection was limited and lacked variety; more food choices should be offered.

The hotel was good and the rooms were relatively clean. The breakfast buffet was very small and more suitable for locals. The area felt a bit odd.

The breakfast restaurant looked tidy and the attached coffee bar was very nice. They had delicious French pastries, cakes, and good coffee. The room was very old, smelled very musty, and was poorly cleaned. Some towels had stains or rips. The breakfast consisted only of Malaysian dishes, with no toast or anything like that, just hard‑boiled eggs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was good. Nothing else to add.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location stayed quiet at night with a 7‑Eleven nearby; breakfast tasted good and the coffee was nice. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and welcoming, giving the place a good vibe. However, the facilities felt dated, one window lock wasn’t properly screwed in, the floor creaked, and the lift was not working while I was staying there.
