I stayed at this hotel and the experience went beyond every expectation; opening the room window revealed a breathtaking view of the volcano, which was simply spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with rare kindness, and a special thanks goes to the young staff member who was extraordinary, helping us carry all our luggage up and down four floors both at arrival and departure with a smile. He was so kind that he didn’t even want a small tip, a gesture of old‑fashioned courtesy that struck us deeply. The room was spacious, spotless, and attended to in the finest detail. We will definitely return at the first opportunity. Highly recommended! Everything was fine.
