Velké zklamání, kvalita služeb šla rapidně dolů ⭐⭐ Tento hotel jsme navštívili již podruhé, ale od jara šla úroveň služeb hodně dolů. Apartmány nejsou pořádně uklizené, podlaha lepí, povlečení je zažloutlé a chybí základní vybavení. Jediným skutečným světlým bodem byly snídaně. Výběr byl vynikající, jídlo bylo opravdu chutné a dalo se z bohatého bufetu skvěle vybrat. Velkou výhodou je také čas, protože snídaně se podávají až do 11:00, takže ráno nemusíte spěchat. Bohužel i tento skvělý kulinářský zážitek nám pokazil personál. Většina obsluhy u snídaní byla sice příjemná, ale obsluhoval tam také jeden velmi nepříjemný pán. Na moji prosbu, zda by mohl donést chybějící příbory, reagoval podrážděně a rozčílil se, ať se zařídím a obsloužím sama. Kvůli takovému chování k hostům už hotel znovu nenavštívíme
