The room was remodeled and quiet, but it wasn’t cleaned properly: dirty towels and a full trash can with a used condom hanging over the rim. Customer service was terrible; the lobby employee at night was a young child who refused to empty the trash can, claiming it wasn’t her job, and she only gave me a different can and some garbage bags, showing no remorse or apology.

The room was very low and warm, not hot, and the coffee tasted bad; the only thing I liked was the fruit, though there was no gluten‑free option. I also noticed that only two towels were in the bathroom and some towels and rags were worn out with holes.
