“Overall, our stay was excellent. The room, view, food, and facilities were all great,”
Everything was excellent, from the beautiful room and scenic view to the reasonable pricing, delicious food, and good facilities. I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Ridhima ji, who is a wonderful person with a kind heart. She supported us throughout our stay and made our experience truly memorable. Her hospitality deserves special recognition. Mr. Rajan, who was sitting at the reception, displayed extremely unprofessional and irritating behaviour. His way of communicating with guests was inappropriate and lacked basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect. He seemed to lack proper training in guest communication, including how to speak politely, how to behave in front of other guests, and how to communicate respectfully with female guests. His behaviour was so disappointing that, despite enjoying almost everything else about the hotel, I would hesitate to visit again solely because of this experience
“Cheated property”
Nothing to like about the property. The rooms were pathetic, and the service from both staff and the manager was terrible.
The view was good, the hotel was clean, and the food was amazing; the room was spacious and the bathtub was very good. Extra towels were not provided, but overall it was good.
“Don’t ever visit this hotel they don’t run booking they used to loot people by having walkin guest.”
Nothing to like. The Manager Ganesh is an arrogant guy who prefers walk‑in guests over booked ones to earn higher commissions, and the new property owner Rishabh is doing the same to make more money on weekends by canceling bookings and favoring walk‑ins.
There was a lot of crowd near the hotel.
