We were greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, and the showers were hot and good, but there were no mattress protectors on the beds and the couch in the living area looked covered in sawdust.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us; our car broke down just outside Kokstad, and they kindly opened up for us after hours and even drove me to Avis so I could rent a car. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist during a stressful situation were greatly appreciated, so I highly recommend them.
