The room was spacious, well equipped, and the staff welcomed us warmly; it felt modern, smelled nice, and the nearby restaurant was good. The breakfast buffet was disappointing—little variety, the yogurt machine was broken, bagels were still frozen, no waffles, no savory items, no bread. A shame.

The location worked for our trip and the bed was comfortable, but the roof was thin and we could hear every step from the room above. Reception mishandled check‑in, letting another guest with a valid key into our room while we were resting. Breakfast lacked bread, which wasn’t restocked, coffee was out and took over 10 minutes to refill while the staff talked to other guests, and there was no waffle maker. Overall, a substandard stay.

We stayed there for the third consecutive year. Unfortunately, I had blood on my bed from an injury, and the maid didn’t change the sheets.
