The location was great, the staff were extremely courteous except for one minor lapse, the beds were cozy, and the facilities were good. Everything was very clean, except for a few stray hairs on the floor.

The location is excellent and the service is high‑level, with every request addressed. The room, however, wasn’t clean enough, and the toilets and shower were tiny and cramped.

The self‑check‑in worked smoothly, the spot is great, the hotel is quiet, clean, and hygienic, and the bed is comfortable and long enough for European guests. Nothing to complain about.

The location is fantastic, the staff are very helpful, and the price is reasonable for Tokyo. However, the rooms are small and only have one chair, so we couldn’t sit together.
