“Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo”
Great location, cozy and spacious room for Tokyo. There were no outlets near the bed and the owl that lives in the atrium at night was a bit noisy.

I expected worse, but it had all kinds of facilities, a spacious room with air conditioning, no noise, no bad smells, a jacuzzi in the room, a shower, and they replaced towels, soaps, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. every day… 24‑hour check‑in and check‑out. Recommended. Well connected, close to the metro. The only downside: the bed was just a sunk, hard topper. It didn’t stop me from sleeping, but it could be better, and the room’s style and furniture were stuck in the 90s, though everything worked and we had no problems.

The room was huge, far larger than any I’ve seen in Japan, with a massive shower that had a built‑in massage. The selection of amenities was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. I didn’t mind the Japanese‑style love‑room vibe that some guests mention. The fridge was unusable because it was stocked with items for sale, and there was a cigarette smell at the entrance but not in the room.

Everything was great. No complaints.

The separate bathroom and toilet, plus the proximity to the station, made it a great value. I stayed multiple nights and the staff replaced the towels I had used the day before, which was a big help. Most staff were women, but they were courteous and attentive, which satisfied me. Leaving the key at the front desk allowed me to go out with my luggage left behind, which was convenient. The only disappointment was the refrigerator: the hotel’s built‑in fridge is a pay‑per‑use system, so you can’t cool drinks you bring from outside. It might be unavoidable for that type of hotel, but a normal small fridge would have been preferable.
