“U rušné silnice, vše ostatní na jednu noc PARÁDA.”

Parking was in a closed courtyard, the place was quiet and peaceful. Casa Arbo is located on the edge of a residential area in the city, essentially without signage; we were lost for about 20 minutes before finding a tiny sign above the unremarkable commercial building doors (shops, services). Once you find it, everything is satisfactory.

I don’t know if I can say I liked anything; this location doesn’t deserve more than one star. Many improvements are needed. My request is that whoever is responsible for Casa Arbo stay a night there and will surely know what truly is missing. The bathroom always smelled of urine, the rooms were unbearably hot, the cleaning seemed never done, the towels were probably left from other guests because they were very dirty, the bedding seemed taken from a 120 cm bed and put on a 160 cm bed, there was no air conditioning, no window, the beds were very dirty—overall a disgrace.

The owner was friendly on the phone. The apartment could have been cleaner for the price I paid. The bedding and cleanliness were lacking.

“Great accommodation for families.”

The spot is great, right next to a supermarket and a riverside walk. The room we booked had a plumbing issue, so they upgraded us to a two‑bedroom apartment with a fireplace, two bathrooms, a huge living room, and private parking right in front of the door—an upgrade I've never gotten elsewhere, even at upscale hotels. The host was super friendly and handled everything over the phone. I definitely recommend this place.
