“よかった”
There were many foreigners, but the staff handled everything politely, and there were no other issues.
“Just a very nice hotel”
The spa, the staff, the rooms…everything was great—definitely worth checking out!
“מלון בסדר עם שירות נהדר. חייבים לטפל במזרני האבן הלא נוחים”
The location was fantastic, everything within a short walk, and the staff were lovely, helpful, tidy and organized, but the family‑style dorm was cramped and the queue for the shower caused chaos, making it unclear whether a room was occupied or free; the bathroom felt awkward and the bed was uncomfortable.
“Onsen privado, estancia limpia y personal muy amable”
Breakfast was tasty, I could access a private onsen, and the staff were friendly, but the room felt a bit small.
“設備や気配りが最高。”
Having a parking space set aside was a real plus, and the little touches like a welcome drink, ice and marshmallows along with well‑kept facilities were appreciated, yet the room’s plumbing emitted a stale smell and during breakfast a staff member lingered just about a metre behind me the whole time, which made it hard to relax and eat.
