I was disappointed that the towel in the washroom was only fair and that I had to walk out to the front desk to get a dental care kit, something I never expected from a franchise hotel. The location was just okay, nothing special.

Parking was plentiful, but the place was noisy because of the highway.

The location near highway 401, the welcoming front‑desk staff, and the clean, comfortable room were all great. Some children ran around the halls making noise, but that was a one‑off event and shouldn’t deter anyone from staying here.

Breakfast was good, though it could improve, and the atmosphere and staff were exceptional. Perhaps a buffet‑style breakfast would be better.

Everything was good, especially the breakfast which was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was included in the price, and for our family of four, along with coffee and drinks, it made for a truly satisfying meal. From the room to the breakfast, everything was perfect. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!
