The hotel’s location was spot‑on for our daily plans, but the room felt brutally cold and the temperature was hard to manage. There was no ice machine on the 1st floor, the 2nd floor’s ice was empty, and I had to climb up to the 4th floor just to grab a few cubes for a drink.

From check‑in all the way through the breakfast buffet, the staff were fantastic! The airport shuttle was courteous and friendly, too. The only hiccup was that the sofa sleeper was missing a leg bolt.

The hotel itself looked nice and was well maintained, yet the security was awful. Cameras weren’t working, and when I asked the staff they said they didn’t have access. My truck was stolen from the parking lot 35 minutes after we arrived, and the employees seemed indifferent and unhelpful.

I was really impressed with the hotel staff during our stay, especially considering the challenging weather conditions with the snow and cold storm. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The level of service was top-notch, and it truly made our experience memorable.

The hotel's location was a major highlight for us, offering easy access to various attractions. However, we were somewhat disappointed to find that our room had dirty sheets, which was a letdown. Additionally, we weren't informed that the hotel was undergoing remodeling, which might have been nice to know beforehand.
