The staff made us feel right at home, from the front desk all the way to the bartender, who, despite a busy shift, handled everything brilliantly. The food was also tasty. One small improvement would be to offer a to‑go cup for lobby coffee on the morning exit.

The breakfast was very good and very convenient. Nothing else was an issue; we were very pleased with the accommodations.

I think there was a wedding or birthday party with kids and drunk guests making noise in the halls all night, and the desk did nothing about it—I didn’t get any sleep, which was the whole reason I chose a hotel. I wasted 300 on a higher‑end hotel and had to deal with this. At checkout the desk guy was busy on his phone and said he’d email me a receipt later.
