“Convenient to the town centre. Nice atmosphere within the building. would consider returning on a lower level.”

It wasn't far from the town centre, and I couldn't find anything to dislike.

“A place to book again :)”

The location was great and quiet. Very easy access. The room was very small but very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, I would have liked there to be a desk with a suitable chair for having some meals, especially as the hotel does not have a restaurant. The parking spaces were also very tight. “Very clean and lovely rooms. Great location. Easy check-in and check-out.”

In an excellent location, just a 5 minute walk to the pier and centre. Plenty of restaurants surrounding. Conwy Room was nice and clean, comfy bed, good bathroom, a nice view from the room too. Good value for money

The location and free parking for guests in front of the building (4 spots) were certainly good. The room cleanliness was poor; we found a chewed gum on the bedside table, and the carpet was truly awful.

“Memorable but not in a good way”

I can't comment on the staff because I didn't see any…infact I didn't see another living soul for my first 2 days. Room OK…bedding and towels spotless. Owners should inform guests that the power in the room won't come in until 4pm. I had stayed there before and was welcomed by Jonathan who cooked a mean breakfast…now it's all access codes via email and no breakfast. I seriously thought about coming home after my first night but I'm sure I wouldn't have got a refund so stuck it out but won't be staying there again.
